All customers will need to register for an account on www.designifi.co before they are able to use our services.
The website www.designifi.co offers downloadable digital learning resources covering a range of topics to help customers to learn how to build and design their own websites. By purchasing or accessing these resources you agree to:
• Be granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal or internal business use only.
• You may not sell, redistribute, or republish any of this content without our permissions.
You may request to cancel a bespoke design project at any time by contacting us in writing.
• If you cancel before any work on your project has begun, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid in advance, less any non-refundable deposit stated in your service agreement.
• If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for the proportion of work already completed, calculated in line with the fee structure set out in your service agreement. Any remaining balance of fees paid in advance will be refunded; no refund will be issued if the value of work completed meets or exceeds the amount already paid.
• Cancellation requests should be sent to us in writing, and we will confirm receipt along with any applicable charges within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon full payment of bespoke website design services, the customer will fully own the completed design and its content. We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site www.designifi.co or its operations.
• Falsely represent our products and services.
All of the content on www.designifi.co including its tutorials, templates, videos, graphics, and any other written content is the intellectual property of Designifi or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify or sell any part of this content or services.
All purchases of digital learning products are final. We do not offer refunds for any of these materials once they have been downloaded.
Refund policies for bespoke design services are governed by the individual service agreements in place for specific projects. We are unable to offer refunds for works on projects which have already started, and early cancellations may result in no refund depending on the amount of work which has already taken place. If you are seeking a refund, you must contact us in writing within five working days of receiving the product, clearly outlining the reason for your request.
The following billing descriptor DFAV will be displayed on your future credit card and debit card statements.
All course materials and bespoke packages are delivered electronically to the email address you provided during sign-up. Please make sure this email is correct and verified, as we can’t be held responsible for any missed deliveries due to incorrect contact details. We aim to deliver your materials instantly, but for larger files, it may take up to 48 hours. If you haven’t received your order after this time, please contact our customer service team.

Once a digital learning resource has been purchased and access or download has been granted, the order cannot be cancelled. Please review course descriptions carefully before purchasing.
